Refund Policy

We want our advertisers to be completely satisfied with their advertising experience on Prantle. If for any reason an advertiser is not satisfied with their advertising campaign, we offer a refund in accordance with the following terms:

  1. Advertisers are eligible for a refund if they have experienced a technical issue with their advertising campaign that could not be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

  2. Advertisers may request a refund within 14 days of the completion of their advertising campaign. Refund requests received after this period will not be considered.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of a valid refund request.

  4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the advertising campaign.

  5. Advertisers who have violated our advertising policies or terms of service are not eligible for a refund.
